1.2. By purchasing a ticket or entering any competition, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1.3. All competitions are conducted in accordance with UK law.
2. Eligibility
2.1. Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 or over, unless otherwise stated.
2.2. Employees of TrackLoot, their families, or anyone connected with competition management cannot enter.
2.3. Entrants must provide a valid email address for contact and prize notification.
2.4. TrackLoot reserves the right to request proof of age and/or identity. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in disqualification.
3. Entry Requirements
3.1. Paid Entry: Tickets are purchased via WooCommerce on TrackLoot.co.uk. Prices, including promotional or early-bird offers, are clearly displayed on the product page.
3.2. Skill Question: To comply with UK law, all entries require a skill-based question to be answered correctly. Only entries with correct answers will be entered into the draw.
3.3. Free Entry: A free postal entry option is available (see Section 7).
3.4. Fraudulent or Automated Entries: Any attempt to manipulate competitions, submit multiple entries beyond stated limits, or use bots or scripts will result in disqualification.
4. Tickets
4.1. Each ticket corresponds to one entry in the competition.
4.2. Ticket numbers will be emailed or displayed to entrants shortly after purchase.
4.3. Multiple tickets may be purchased unless a specific limit is stated.
5. Draws
5.1. Competition draws are conducted fairly and transparently.
5.2. Winners are selected either randomly or as specified in the competition details.
5.3. Draws may be conducted live or at a pre-determined date/time, and winners will be announced via email, website, or social media.
5.4. TrackLoot reserves the right to cancel, modify, or postpone draws for operational, legal, or technical reasons without notice.
6. Prizes
6.1. Prizes are as described on the competition page.
6.2. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged unless a cash alternative is specified.
6.3. TrackLoot is not responsible for any tax, import duty, or additional charges relating to prize delivery.
6.4. Prizes are delivered to the winner’s provided address at our discretion.
6.5. By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their name, image, and city of residence for publicity purposes, unless they notify TrackLoot in writing.
7. Free Entry
7.1. To enter without payment, entrants may submit a plain postcard with:
- Full name
- Contact email
- Phone number
- Competition name
- Answer to the skill-based question
7.2. Postal entries must be received before the competition closing date.
7.3. Only one free entry per person per competition is permitted.

8. Refund Policy
8.1. All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, as each ticket contributes immediately to the prize draw.
8.2. Refunds will only be issued in the event of technical errors, double payments, or cancelled competitions at TrackLoot’s discretion.
8.3. Refund requests must be submitted via email to [your support email] within 14 days of purchase, including proof of payment.
8.4. No refunds will be issued for tickets disqualified due to incorrect skill answers, fraud, or breach of these Terms.
9. Liability and Indemnity
9.1. TrackLoot will not be liable for:
- Technical errors, network failures, or lost data during entry
- Delays or failures in prize delivery outside our control
- Any indirect, consequential, or financial loss arising from participation
9.2. By entering, you agree to indemnify and hold TrackLoot harmless against any claims, losses, or damages arising from your participation or misuse of the website.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1. All content on TrackLoot.co.uk, including logos, images, and text, is the property of TrackLoot and may not be reproduced without permission.
11. Privacy
11.1. Personal data collected for competitions is used solely for entry management and prize fulfilment.
11.2. By entering, you consent to TrackLoot storing and using your data according to our Privacy Policy.
12. Website Availability / Third-Party Services
12.1. TrackLoot does not guarantee uninterrupted website access and is not responsible for technical errors, downtime, or third-party service failures affecting entry or payment.
12.2. Payment and ticket processing may be handled by third-party providers (WooCommerce, Stripe, PayPal). TrackLoot is not responsible for disputes arising from these services.
13. Amendments
13.1. TrackLoot reserves the right to cancel or amend competitions in exceptional circumstances without notice.

14. Governing Law
14.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
14.2. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
